   Create your account

   Sign up with your email. Your project information is visible only to you.

   Set up your project

   Add your home's name, address, contract amount and contingency, then choose the stage you're in today. Earlier stages are never marked complete automatically.

   Work through your checklist

   Each stage has standard checkpoints. Tick them off as they're done and add your own reminders.

4. 4

   Stay on top of money and changes

   See your original contract, approved changes and current contract. Approve or decline each change order, and keep a permanent record.
